Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we are

Irish Grown Consulting Ltd is a company registered in Ireland (CRO No. 796451). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

This website (irishgrown.com) is our consulting site. If you use one of our products, that product is covered by its own privacy notice.

What we collect

  • What you enter in our forms: your name, work email, company and whatever you tell us in your enquiry.
  • What you send through the GTM Growth Check: your answers, the resulting diagnosis, and your name, email and company.
  • Payment information for paid services, handled by our payment provider Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details, never your full card number.
  • Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, kept in server logs so we can keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and take the next step you asked for (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and your consent where you submit a form).
  • To send you the Growth Check result you requested.
  • To deliver services you buy and to manage payments (performance of a contract).
  • To send occasional updates and resources, but only where you opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • To keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful (our legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: a CRM provider for managing enquiries and client relationships, a payment provider (Stripe) for card payments, and our website, email and hosting providers.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

International transfers

Some providers may store or process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses, with additional safeguards where they are required.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact.
  • Client and financial records: for the duration of our relationship and afterwards for as long as Irish tax and company law requires (generally six years).
  • Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent where consent is our basis for processing. You can do any of this through the Contact page, and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

Cookies and analytics

We use the minimum storage needed for the site to work. We measure traffic in aggregate so we can see which pages are useful; that measurement does not identify you personally and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time, and the site will still work.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell anyone whose details we hold.
